Caviar Day!! Tropical notes of dry pineapple, lemon zest and lemon verbena, with brioche and cooked egg white, iris, cocktail peanut, and English muffin aromas. Chalky textured on the palate with bright, medium mouthfeel and dry tangerine and pomelo accenting Meyer lemon and starfruit with lingering lemon blossoms and cumquat. #Haton #JeanNoëlHaton #Champagne #Damery #brut #vintage #2005 #sparkling #bubbles #caviar #caviarday #NationalCaviarDay — 2 years ago

Black cherry, cherry blossom, carnation and a lime and lemon with a lemongrass touch, on a fresh strawberry nose, salted watermelon, lemon zest and nearly ripe strawberry, raspberry, and tangerine pith. Absolutely made for sushi! #franciacorta #methodoclassico #bubbles #RicciCurbastro #sparkling #spumante #rose #rosébrut — 2 years ago
Started as a strawberry icing on yellow cake which is odd for extra brut, but this 2005 has some age on it. It turns to soft strawberry compost, pineapple pulp and shortbread cookie, becomes bright marigolds and honeysuckle pollen ,then suddenly croissant becomes primary, forgetting its sweet infancy like a whiff from a patisserie. The palate is calcareous, navel orange-lemon splash, tart, dried lime, and crystalline ginger. Chalky, and delicious. #metodoclassico #valentino #brutzero #bubbles #sparkling #Itsliansparkler — 2 years ago

Creamy mouthfeel with layers of spices, green apples, citrus fruits, white flowers and mouth watering minerality. Long and lingering finish.
