Tonight's wine is the 2018 Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg Kamptal Riesling. This wine comes from Osterreich, Austria the A Terry Theise Estate. What a wonderful riesling this is, it checks all the boxes.
On the nose there is green apple, lemon, pear, jasmine, petrol, bicycle rubber tires and minerality.
The palate gives us lemon/lime, green apple, peach, petrol, flinty notes and a nice minerality.

Tonight I have opened the Langlois Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé Langlois-Château. This wine is made up of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Pinot Noir two grapes I just adore.
The nose has strawberry, raspberry, cherry, Necco Wafers candy, herbs and wet gravel.
On the palate is strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currant and a nice crushed limestone minerality.

It is Sunday evening and I have opened the 2019 Domaine de Fontsainte Corbières Gris de Gris Rosè. This wine is a blend of 90% Grenache Gris, 5% Carignan and 5% Mourvèdre.
On the nose there is strawberry, melon, cherry, citrus zest, orange blossom, honey and minerality.
The palate has notes of strawberry, cherry, tart peach, citrus notes, a good saline and minerality.

Thus afternoon's wine that I picked-up yesterday is the 2015 Domaine Tollot-Beaut Chorey-Les-Beaune Pinot Noir. What a beautiful wine to start the weekend off with.
I am totally loving the aromatics on this wine. There are beautiful notes of strawberry, cranberry, cherry, hibiscus, clove, mushroom, rose petal, light campfire smoke and forest floor.
On the palate there is tart cherry, cranberry, raspberry, clove, mint, spice, mushroom and an earthy forest floor.
This wine is medium to full bodied with a silky smooth mouthfeel and a mouth watering medium + acidity and medium to plus medium fine mouth coating tannins that move right into a long fresh red fruit finish. What I really love about this wine is it has a wonderful purity about it and is extremely well balanced. I hope everyone's weekend is a good one. I hope everyone is doing well? It is Thursday night and I have opened the 2018 Mas de Gourgonnier Les Baux de Provence Rosè. The wine This wine is a blend of 63% Grenache, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Mourvèdre. The wine and Vineyard are run by Luc and Lucienne Cartier and is organically grown since the 1950's when the first planted the vineyard.
On the nose I find strawberry, orange rind, blood orange, red plum, red currant, herbs and minerals.
On the palate is strawberry, blood orange, red plum, red currant, herbs and a good minerality.

Last night I opened the 2017 Bisol Valdobbiadene Crede Prosecco Superiore Brut. A blend of 85% Glera, 10% Pinot Bianco and 5% Verdiso (Estate Grown).

Tuesday night and tonight I have opened the 2015 Primus "The Blend" Apalta of Colchagua, Chile. This is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 24% Carménère, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc.
On the nose there is black cherry, black raspberry, black plum, black currant, chocolate, baking spice, green peppercorn, graphite and earth.
On the palate is black cherry, raspberry, plum, black currant, green bell pepper, herbs, pencil shavings, vanilla and earthy notes
This wine is full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel, medium + acidity and medium + fine rounded tannins that is fully balanced with a medium long elegant dark fruit seamless finish.
