razor sharp, angular, austere - serious stuff, reticent nose of faint orchard fruit & citrus but not showing much. Stony, mineral-ly, even at cellar temp this was mostly closed for business with an almost frothy zesty acidity. — 4 days ago

delicious: butterscotch - really sexy, orchard fruit juxtaposed w/salinity & minerals - full bodied, voluptuous, cellar temp was downright silky leading to long resonant finish. I've had this many times and they were always older & oxidized - would argue these are better younger — 7 days ago

Easy going CF from Friuli, doesn't scream CF but it did have a delicate fragrant nose of mostly red fruit, dried herbs and a hint of white pepper. Med bodied, decent tannic grip and some acidity made it go down easily. — 6 days ago

🔥 - flat out fantastic! legit northern Rhône profile: very inky no signs of age - huge wafting nose after just a few minutes in the decanter: oozing blackberry spice cake, minty smoky peppery meaty earthy feral - a real wild child, on the palate it was much more restrained, refined, smooth med bodied - again, so much black fruit and all the notes from the nose, really Old World style: great material handled by an artist — 4 days ago
