Taking part in the time honored tradition of our Australian friends by drinking Sparkling Shiraz to celebrate Christmas! Dark red/purple color with plentiful mousse. Aromas and flavors of ripe raspberry and cherry fruit along with notes of mint and other fresh herbs. Slight touch of RS, light tannins and bright acidity.
