Aromas of citrus fruits, orchard fruit, flint/chalk and white flowers. Flavors of grapefruit, lemon, orange zest, fresh leafy herbs along with a distinct mineral/steely note. Long and very elegant finish. Bold and refreshing acidity. Well balanced, medium-minus body, and totally clean. Bright and electric! So delicious and a total crowd pleaser on a hot summer afternoon. Thanks to Kasey and Petey for opening this winner! — 3 days ago
Blend of Tempranillo and Syrah grapes. Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of red and black fruit, earthy spices and salty beef jerky. Flavors of red and black cherry/raspberry/plum fruit, cumin spice, black tea, roasted meat and a bit of vanilla. Bit of black pepper spice on the medium finish. Medium bodied and no sign of oak aging. Quite young and fresh. Low acidity. Very basic. Thanks so much for the taste, Curt E. — 8 days ago
Medium golden color. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, orchard fruit and toasted nuts. Flavors of red and green apple, apricot, lemon zest, lemon pie filling roasted nuts and salted vanilla caramel. Long mineral driven and slightly oaky finish. Lively acidity and creamy texture. Not the best white burgundy I have ever had but certainly a lot to like here. Thanks for opening this one, Kasey and Pete. — 3 days ago
My second vintage of this Interesting experimental Rose’ from the Finger Lakes. 100% Merlot. Light pink color. Aromas of citrus and red berry fruit, fresh herbs, pink flowers and orchard fruit. Flavors of white peach, grapefruit, red berries, blood orange and fresh basil. Medium-plus clean and refreshing finish. Bone dry. Slight bit of heft and a nice mouth coating texture. Single Vineyard Washington State Cabernet fruit vinified in Pennsylvania. Dark ruby color. Aromas of plush dark fruit, violets, spices and smoky oak. Flavors of black berry/cherry/plum/currant and ripe pomegranate fruit, savory herbs, toasted baking spices and a touch of baker’s chocolate. Long luxurious finish and well balanced acidity. Great complexity and Old World in style. Solid effort. Bring on the beef! Enjoyed with Chris and Curt. — 8 days ago
Light golden color. Expressive aromas of orchard fruit, tropical fruit (including banana) and honey. Flavors of apples, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit and honey. Smooth and lengthy toasted vanilla and mineral laden finish. Dense and extremely creamy texture. Rich, ripe and highly concentrated, but well balanced with bright and lingering acidity. Best with food. Thanks for sharing, Kasey and Pete! — 3 days ago

Vin de France GSM blend. Dark garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of red and black fruit, forest floor, purple flowers and sweet spices. Vibrant red cherry/raspberry/plum fruit on the palate along with notes of cloves, Chinese 5-Spice, black pepper and cola. Medium finish, body and medium-plus acidity. No sign of oak aging. Fresh and bright. Chill-able. Thank you for sharing, Curt E! — 8 days ago
Blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) Methode Ancestrale Pet Nat. Interesting Texas Orange color. Nose is extremely yeasty, earthy and very funky. Not much in the way of fruit aromas. (Maybe a hint of mango or guava.) Flavors of wet clay, blood orange zest, spent yeast and dried peach. Plenty of mineral notes on the medium finish. Exuberant bubbles (a quarter of the bottle jet out upon opening the crown cap…. No, I did not shake the bottle.) and a creamy mousse. Medium acidity. Way too funky and earthy for me. Cannot think of a food to adequately pair this wine with. Not CBW’s best effort. — 10 days ago

Pale lemon color. Aromas of orchard fruit, wet slate and white flowers. Flavors of lemon, peach, pineapple, Asian pear, chalk/flint and leafy herbs. A nice note of earthy saline on the long and persistent finish. Vibrant acidity and quite bright. Medium bodied with a mouth coating and slightly creamy texture. Good concentration and intensity. Aged quite well. — a day ago
