Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (56%), Merlot (27%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petite Verdot (7%). Dark ruby color. Aromas of black bramble fruit, forest floor, purple flowers and leather. Concentrated black cherry/berry fruit flavors with additional notes of mushrooms, figs, tobacco and sweet and savory spices. Bit of minerality on the long and lingering finish. Rich, powerful and dense. Nice oak integration and mouth drying tannins. Well structured and firm/noticeable acidity. Just a bit past peak but still an outstanding drink. So well crafted. Thank you so much for sharing, Keith S. — 6 days ago
Not sure what grapes are used to make this Rose’ Sparkling wine. Medium pink/copper color. Aromas and flavors of red apple, lemon, orange and pink flowers. Short and dry finish but relatively crisp acidity. Mousse and bubbles dissipate pretty quickly. More than drinkable but very basic. — 12 days ago
Bright white/gold color with a slight bit of effervescence. Interesting aromas of green vegetables and herbs, wet stones white flowers and a trace of red bramble berry fruit. Flavors of lemon/lime, fresh herbs and minerals. Long finish with ripping acidity. Extremely savory, fresh tasting and somewhat subdued. Interesting. — 5 days ago
Medium (but translucent) ruby color. Aromas of red and black fruit, lavender, mint, toasted oak and wet gravel. Flavors of red cherries, raspberries and plums, tobacco, black tea and roasted nuts. Hint of wet soil on the long and fresh finish. Plush tannins. Well rounded and intense but with quite the delicate structure. Bright acidity and full bodied and ripe. Excellent! Thank you for opening this one, Keith S! — 6 days ago
Light golden color. Aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, grass, flint and white flowers. Flavors of pears, yellow apples and gooseberries along with tropical fruit note. Hint of flinty smoke on the long and crisp finish. Bold acidity and a slightly creamy texture. Bright and fresh. Thanks for sharing, Keith S! — 6 days ago
Sparkling blend of Cayuga and Muscat fruit from the Finger Lakes. Light yellow color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, lemon, white flowers and unripe peaches. Noticeable sweetness on the very short finish. Fast dissipating bubbles and mouse with limited acidity. Certainly drinkable but more toward a dessert quaff for me. — 12 days ago

Bright ruby color with garnet highlights. Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, Asian spices, wet soil, garrigue and wood ash. Flavors of cranberry, red cherries, red plums, tobacco, Earl Grey tea, dark chocolate, grilled herbs and baking spices. Long and lingering finish. Dusty tannins, firm structure and bright acidity. Lovely concentration and mouth coating texture. Bring on the grilled meat. Great choice, Keith S! — 6 days ago
Interesting well aged Aussie Shiraz. Medium ruby color with a broad brick/pink meniscus. Aromas of dried black fruit, Christmas cake spice and forest floor. Dried black cherry/berry/currant fruit with additional notes of cloves, dark chocolate, black pepper, black licorice and tobacco. Long earthy finish. Acidity has faded but not completely out of balance. Fine grained tannins. On the decline but still very pleasant. Appreciate you sharing, Ron B! — 6 days ago
Another vintage of an old favorite. Deep red color. Aromas of dark berry fruit, leather, dried herbs and forest floor. Flavors of sour cherries, ripe strawberries, black raspberries, balsamic vinegar, sweet and earthy spices along with those dried herbs. Long, peppery, earthy and slightly sour finish. Nice complexity. Quite rustic but quite austere at the same time. Not overly acidic and oak notes are at a minimum. — 12 days ago
