Medium ruby color with garnet highlights and a brick rim. Aromas of dried black fruits, black coffee and warm spices. Flavors of raisins and prunes, black licorice and balsamic vinegar. Flavors of green apple, pear and citrus fruit, raw nuts, ginger and a hint of bing cherry. Prevalent chalky minerals on the medium finish. Searing acidity and quite linear.
