Primarily Corvina (80%), Corvinone (10%) and Rhondinella (10%). Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of red and black fruit, cocoa and forest floor. Flavors of dried cherries, raspberries, red and black currants along with a bit of cranberry sourness. Hints of dark chocolate and pepper spice. Finish is a bit on the short side and not much of a mid-palate. Vibrant acidity and medium bodied.
