The soft texture of this wine is remarkable. Like plush velvet. Soft acids too. Nose has oozing cherry, wet limestone minerality, and some baking spice. Mouthfilling but with a contrasting lightness that is remarkable. Maybe the heat and low acids of 15 actually helped this wine. Will please both neophytes and more sophisticated palates.
