Bright red fruit with soft velvety tannins — 2 months ago
These folks know how to make Chardonnay. Honeysuckle, nectarine, bruised white peach and very subtle oak on the nose. Lemon curd, bruised stone fruit, honey, raw hazelnut, yeast and wet cement on the palate. Feels like at least partial malolactic fermentation but I would not be surprised if this spent time in concert or foudres. Really well made. Complex and interesting. — 6 days ago
Bruised apple, apricot, nectarine and ripe peaches on the palate. Petrol, yuzu and lychee on the nose. Really fun and tasty! — 18 days ago
Light bodied, and simple. Raspberry, strawberry and rose with subtle oak influence. — 21 days ago
Well past it’s prime, very tired. On the nose it is beautiful with notes of cinnamon, clove, pine resin, wet mud, decaying bark and potpourri. On the palate the fruit is gone, secondary and tertiary flavors remain. Maintains harsh tannins and high acidity. It has a very short watery finish. The score feels harsh but it is what it is. — 7 days ago
So interesting. Took a while to soften but once it opened up it was super flavorful. Funky and unique. Cherries and raspberries on the nose. More tannic than expected. Strawberries, pomegranate, rose and all spice on the palate. — 14 days ago
