Honey forward, mineral, and stone fruit. Fantastic, paired amazingly with a wild boar ragu, this winery just doesn’t miss when it comes to good wine. — a day ago
Very good San Gimigano blend… 10% petite Verdot which made for a unique experience in this area. I enjoyed it thoroughly, the magnum bottle we bought didn’t last long when we got back to the Airbnb! — a day ago
Fantastic Cabernet…. Paired incredibly well with our slow braised short ribs… jammy, dark fruit, and semi bold. Got another bottle that I’m going to let sit a little longer and compare. — a month ago
Probably one of favorite wines of the day today. Bought a few bottles to bring home. Refined, fruity, acidic slightly and tannic. Really good body. Would be amazing in another 10 years. — 7 hours ago
Very amazing wine, perfectly balanced. Not too strong or too light, would be able to pair with just about anything. Winery has been around for 8 generations or more in the San Gimigano area and the quality of their wines shows. — a day ago
The tasting room was extremely old and cool! Sommelier was great and helpful. This wine was great, tobacco, tannic, cherry, and some graphite. — 7 hours ago
Our som last night was the great grandson of the person the wine is named after. Referred to as the “boom boom wine” because his great grandparents had 18 kids, this wine was fantastic. Fruity but bold. A great example of what the San gimingano terroir has to offer. — a day ago
Had this bottle tonight in Roma Italy with my Cacio e pepe. Fantastic Nero, black currant, cherry, tobacco, and slight raspberry at the end. Really liked this one of the finest Nero’s I’ve had. — 4 days ago
