Despite coming from an extremely hot growing season, this fragrant pleases from the start with a floral hint. Little hint of cherry and long silky finish. Beautiful juice that, like many Piedmonte wine, is quite Burgundian in character. — a month ago
The 2000 P2 Rosé was easily my wine of the year. Still plenty of zest of strawberry, hint of raspberry, and citrus peel. Absolute delight. — 3 months ago
Beautiful Spanish maker of more than a century that may have the best price/value relationship of any winemaker. — 4 months ago
Big lush, dark fruit that has not reached its peak window yet. But she ain’t far away. I was able to obtain a vertical of 01,02,03,& 04. My first foray into that vertical. No rush on this one but very impressed. Leather, pepper, if not cigar leaf here . Suffice it to say, there is a lot going on here and my lack of Cali knowledge has new intrigue — 6 days ago
Time will prove this to be among the best DP Rosé . Strawberry fields forever. — 3 months ago
Young but still drinking pretty well with lemon zest if not orange peel and brioche undertones — 3 months ago
Nice noise of ripe cherry and maybe plum. Silky , longish finish of elegance. This Clos des Cortons is showing very nicely, at last. — 6 days ago
Coming into to it's own from the early years, this Grand Crú Chablis does not disappoint. Oyster shell, citrus zest and green apple if not hint of pear. Will give it a year before visiting her sisters — 13 days ago

Confession, really like Spanish red. And I love Ribera Del Duero. And this 2015 Gran Reserva is magic, though I’m told there 2016 vintage is even better — a day ago
