Burgundy like nose with forest floor, modest oak, small red fruits, intriguing. A bit disappointing palate on opening with small red fruits and some dust. Improved after an hour with more depth and some drying tannines but not convincing yet.. a bit unbalanced. — 2 months ago
Young fresh and almost Sauvignon Blanc like with kitty urine and boxwood. Chunky acidity but you can feel the depth and substance behind it. A testdrive, the remaining sixer can wait till summer. — 3 months ago
Great Pinot blanc developing into something special. White fruits, flowers, nuttiness and outstanding acidity. — 2 months ago
L542. Pleasant champagne with almonds, marzipan, ginger, red ripe apple, a bit unrefined mousse. — 3 months ago
Reached its apogee and shined at the Christmas dinner table. Creamy, Smokey, delicate and long. A pure treat. Best one yet, one left. — 2 months ago
Wow this packs so much fruit intensity and a great petrol glue infused combined mineral streak. A banger! — 2 months ago
Impressive to see an entry level Riesling develop into a wine with serious depth and intensity. Zingy citrus nose with clear notes of petroleum and (over)ripe papaya. On the palate again ripe citrus fruits, lime, lemon and maybe some grapefruit. Some bitters. Petrol is there again and accompanies the wine to a mineral streak aligned with the focused Riesling acidity. Finish is pretty long. — 2 months ago
