Good acidity, minerally, briny, lemony. Delicious. — 10 months ago
Heavy but wonderful, cherry and smoke. Beautifully rendered Shiraz which just keeps on giving. Great price point for a perfect wine.

Vintage 2015 / A red wine from a white wine district. Not filtered, biodynamic ánd made without sulphite. This cabernet franc offers a shy smell with minerals and a fruity expression in smell and taste. It has no complexity whatsoever, it is glorious in its symplicity! The French call this affectionately Glou Glou, I think American and English call this quaffable and my personal (Dutch) expression is: hap sap. Meaning after a sip you want immediately another sip. Super appealing. It is an ideal wine for lunch on a hot July day - that is if you do not want to take a hazy sleep in the afternoon. 😉/ Paired with a fish/courgette/pesto dish, worked wonderful. Very ver lovely and drinkable wine. — 7 months ago
Stripped, wild, elegantly feminine. Zero S02 and aged in amphora, there's some Loire countryside funk to blow through.
Underneath is a trifold of bright cherry flesh, potting soil, and your daily dose of mineral. Accents of mint snuff and forest pine watching from the rafters, like an arboreal angel.
Lean lightweight and some beautiful limestone texture to see things through. — 9 months ago

Was curious how this would hold up: still very much alive, light gold/straw color greenish hued complex nose of cantaloupe & musk melon, saline, minerals, leesy, white flowers, subtle oxidative note - just very engaging particularly as it warmed. On palate it was vibrant & zesty, lively acidity, less fruit more minerals & saline on palate. Fantastic accompaniment to our Big Ass Salad w/smoked salmon & briny ingredients… has more time — 2 months ago
