Followed over a couple nights. This has an almost alpine quality to it. Very crisp & bright with some mild citrus notes underlying. Aromatics are haunting and beautiful here. Very nice Chablis. — 4 years ago
Catch up post. Layered palate with rich citrus/nectarine notes leading to deeper stone fruit. This shows some off dry richness, but has an ethereal weight on the palate. The aromatics are as complex and mesmerizing as the flavors. Beautiful bottle.

Powerful & straightforward red fruit. Spices on the nose adding complexity. Fruit ahead of structure & texture, and the fruit is wonderfully pure. Great example at this level. — 4 years ago
Catch up post. Nice Cremant. It won’t change your life, but it shows pure fruit, bright acid and yeasty aromatics. Would grab again. — 4 years ago
Playing some catch up. Dark berries & plums on the palate with plenty of fresh & textural notes. Great acidity & surprising complexity. More tannin than expected, but the structure is welcome. — 4 years ago
Aromatically, pretty much perfection. Elegant & silky with layers of texture. Kept unfolding with nuance & detail with air. Acid brightens the pure brisk fruit. Drinking beautifully at age ten. — 4 years ago
2016. Enjoyed over two nights. Vibrant red fruit with some smokiness on the nose which really shows off on the second day. I could drink Produttori the rest of my life. — 4 years ago
Darker fruit. Bing cherries & some ripe raspberry notes. Bright, but more tannin in the structure than acid. Beautiful aromatics here with fresh red berries & black tea. — 4 years ago

Absolutely excellent in youth. Aromatics and palate are exuberant dark berries & black pepper. Perfectly balanced between fruit & structure. This has a long life ahead, but hard to ignore as a youngster. Truly great. — 4 years ago
