A strong Bordeaux made almost entirely from Cab Sauv and with a bit of Malbec. It has a first strength before an even stronger finish. Still, it held well against some spiced Indian curries.
The best are imported Lyle Fass from Ziereisen on very rare occasions they can be found in a store. Ziereisens wine beat what i have tasted from Switzerland - but hey the guy is almost in Switzerland.
