This wasn't up to snuff. Cork was in decent shape, juice not so much. Acidity way below what's needed in a decently aged neb. Bricking is overly prominent, affecting the tannins which have been almost wiped clean. I was hoping for more for this 2016 vintage. Maybe should've opened up a few years prior?
