Expression de Gneiss Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Melon de Bourgogne

I may have had a bad bottle - strong scent of crushed magnolia flowers. Lovely brightness and salinity. I see the potential but didn't enjoy the bottle.

More concentrated than most muscadet, brighter effervescence than their other bottlings.

Love this. Slight lees note, peach, green apple, lemon rind, stone. A bit light on the finish for this style, but perfect for a warm summer day.

Seriously delicious. Very silexy, lees offer a lemon-lime curd tone. All about the minerality here. Would love to see where it goes with time.

These wines are so crazy expressive. Richer and more textured then I expect from this region.

Wow- I love this. Laser acidity, steely minerals, lemon pith, lime. Balanced, lower alcohol. My kind of wine- wish I had more!!
