Degustation with Delectable friend Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina at Restaurant Dan Arnold in Brisbane. This was the first matching wine, a Muscadet from the Loire Valley. Fresh and grapey. No oak influence, low acid Must drink more Muscadet in the warmer months. — a month ago
A Muscadet that ages very well. Clean and acidic but with a warm glow at the end. Lots of flavour and interest at modest alcohol. We enjoyed with chicken and rice. Will buy again. — 13 days ago

Always a favorite. Crispy, stony white. Great with Chinese food. — 9 days ago

Flinty, dry, dry, dry. And dry. I’m getting thirsty drinking it. Very nice, fruity finish. Give me a plate of mussels!! — 15 days ago
