I will but every bottle of Bize I am offered. Chisa has such a beautiful touch of finesse and ethereal character in her wines. — 2 months ago
Took 40 minutes then it drank well. Rich, chewy, luscious and generous fruit. Hefty for a 17 but that’s Caredeaux. Always a bruiser. Gorgeous on day 2 with unreal density and sweetness. — a month ago

Such a classic Les Vergelesses nose. Brambly, bright and damson all at the same time with gorgeous earthen dampness. Big cherry, cranberry, cranberry bog and spice. Really compelling spice and so much depth. Palate is stunning. Gorgeous, tensile mid season and black cherry fruit with wonderful clarity and precision. Some wild mint on the nose now. Great concentration and density. Very sappy. Perfect balance and so pure. Finish is elegant with gorgeously ripe tannins. What a vintage 23 is at Girard. The nose gets some nice Twizzler action after some air and my goodness the fruit is just transcendent. After two hours the nose is gorgeous with moss, spice and wet earth. Juicy palate and just gorgeous fruit. Fresh and energetic. Wonderful. — 2 months ago

Another epic Fichots from Girard. Deep deep mid to late season cherry and glorious spice. Wow the fruit in 22 is so aromatically expressive at the moment. Just gorgeous. Stunning palate with deep deep fruit but also those fierce Fichot tannins. Juicy, silky and sweet but structured and epic. Wow the tannins. This needs mega air but this is a monumental Fichots. Tasting today and still a beast but has that absurd 22 fruit. I’d wait a decade at least. — 12 days ago
