Palate: lovely Green Apple. Mineral. Very crisp. Delicious in an elegant way. Very faintly rich. Really well made.

Long finish.

The oak should integrate in 9-12 months but you should try one now and buy a case. Amazing value.

If you fully aerate it internally, there is an element of other worldliness. Of magic.
