Depends on the producer. My Enderle & Molls Buntsandstein & Muschelkalk are fine going back to 2009. I anticipate they will do 20 years with ease.
The more plush and fruit forward ones should likely be drunk younger. The cranberry / cherry fruited / high acid wines should last. E&M, von der Mark, Achim Durr.
we had to let Tobias go as nobody, less a few clients, age the wines and these don’t show well young.
