This needs another couple of years. I’m drinking it on its fruit bc I wanted a pernand.

DO NOT POP and pour.

N: lovely cherry fruit. A hint of sweet cherry licorice. As it opens beautifully savory. A gorgeous hint of Blood.

P: sweet cherries. Dense. Good balance. Juicy. Great spice. As it opens, more integrated and savory.

Fass selections
