Deep ruby red with a little bit of garnet on the edges. Layered nose with quite a bit of earthy characteristics such as forest floor, damp earth, a bit stinky with some gamey notes, mushrooms and a tad dusty. Well rounded with balanced acidity and medium tannins (6/10). Very dry throughout with dark cocoa, plums, dried cherries and herbs, pepper, and darker berries. Full bodied with a long finish. Very impressed with this $25.00 bottle. Drink till 2028. (92+) — 3 years ago
Light, bright, almost effervescent. 36% ribolla adds a funky undertone that is pure Collio-in-Napa. — 4 years ago
Honey followed by wisp of smoldering campfire. The perfect balance of everything? — 4 years ago

This is my favorite moscato yet. Thank you Vietti for being a beautiful winemaker and also making this. If there were white peach jolly ranchers tossed into some grapefruit and Meyer lemon juice and then you dashed in some orange blossom and magically gave it velvet bubbles that’s this. It’s...delicious. You’d think at a mere 5% abv I’d have a cooler word than “delicious” but damn this is. — 10 months ago
