Purple tint. Aromas of tobacco and … jamon? Light Rainier cherry fruit, hint of savoriness. Heavy tannins for he light weight of the wine. — a month ago
Slow open, would love to see this in a couple years. Crunchy and clean. Red berries, hints of florals. Small whiffs of mouse towards the end, but held its structure through the end of the bottle. Opened for about 3-4 hours. Would love to check in on this year in a few years. — a month ago
Garnet opaque, light bodied with noticeable acidity, red berries including currants — 2 months ago
Forgot what this was, had the 2014. Indeed it can age, light and lively with earthy red fruited notes and good finish. Very nice Gamay that would work with lots of dishes — 2 months ago
Very nice choice by the Sommelier at Pastis in Nashville to pair with both grilled Branzino and Boeuf Bourguignon. (I know.). Bright, a bit astringent, fruit forward, with some structure but not too much. — a month ago
Ruby red color with aromas of red berry fruits and spice notes. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with dried flower and baking spice. Fine soft tannins on medium(+) finish ending with a fruit character, recommend to chill slightly before enjoying. — 2 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two days. Consistent throughout. The 2014 pours a slightly hazy purple/garnet color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart strawberry, blackberry, purple flowers, dried green herbs, horse blanket and rocky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium. A Côte de Brouilly of great character. Drink now through 2034. — 7 days ago
