Ruby red color with aromas of red berry fruits and spice notes. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with dried flower and baking spice. Fine soft tannins on medium(+) finish ending with a fruit character, recommend to chill slightly before enjoying. — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two days. Consistent throughout. The 2014 pours a slightly hazy purple/garnet color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart strawberry, blackberry, purple flowers, dried green herbs, horse blanket and rocky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium. A Côte de Brouilly of great character. Drink now through 2034. — 25 days ago
Purple tint. Aromas of tobacco and … jamon? Light Rainier cherry fruit, hint of savoriness. Heavy tannins for he light weight of the wine. — 2 months ago
Very nice choice by the Sommelier at Pastis in Nashville to pair with both grilled Branzino and Boeuf Bourguignon. (I know.). Bright, a bit astringent, fruit forward, with some structure but not too much. — 2 months ago
Garnet opaque, light bodied with noticeable acidity, red berries including currants — 3 months ago

I prefer this cuvée younger. It’s lost the energy and voltage. It’s very pretty and has that whole aged Burgundy thing on the nose for 20 minutes or so. But then became anodyne and meh aromatically. Blurry. Palate was fresh, elegant and somber. Nice with pork chops but lacking that youthful energy. — 4 hours ago
