Old faithful—strawberry balsamic earthy goodness, ready to go now

Medium Ruby color with aromas of red fruit and earthy floral notes, matured in used barrels. On the palate flavors of red plum, cherry, banana and earthy herbs. Vivid acidity, fine dusty tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, floral and earthy mineral. Very good, a few more years of bottle age will benefit!

Opened up over the course of an hour to be a beautiful mix of red & darker fruit. Wonder if it’d be more impressive if held onto for a couple of years.

Great potential, much too young for me now though. Cool vintage, lighter than in a long while.

As usual awesome. Had it last night but my wife says that the 21 is a bit much atm and we should age it for a year. So I’m writing this for posterity
