Such high complexity of aromas. Deep and intense. Very high acidity, intense flavours and long finish. Only some hints of drying fruit, would be wonderful to get the chance to try this again in five and ten years. Last bottle though. — 2 months ago
Concentrated dark fruit, leather, some earth, smoke, a touch of olive brine. Very well integrated oak, great balance between tannins and acidity. — 2 months ago
Last bottle from a case. Stupidly good for its price, easy drinking but serious at the same time. Forest berries, pleasant acidity, medium finish. — 25 days ago
Dark berries, some VA. Unfortunately, due to a deep line up, not too strong of a memory of this, more a sense of the feeling I had drinking it. Thankfully, we knew before opening that we had about an hour before mousiness. Most of all went down. — 2 months ago
Surprisingly precotious, with aromas of hazelnuts and drying fruit. A sense of oak with a little hint of vanilla, perhaps telling of a bit of new oak in the mix. Quite big bodied, high acidity and a smooth texture. Two years on the lees, long finish. — 2 months ago
Much better than a couple of years ago. Still young, but with more grape typicity and complexity. — a month ago
Reductive and mineral, but lacking acidity. — a month ago
Stunningly beautiful brownish copper colour. Starts a bit shy, but is just singing from the top of its lungs after a while. Leather, sous bouis, rosehip, a bit of tar and orange zest. Great balance and length. — 2 months ago
Yellow stonefruit, lemon and match stick. A touch of oak. Big, deep, concentrated with high acidity. The last glass was the best, give it some air. — 3 months ago

Like a Fino en rama with less alcohol, this Palomino aged under flor is Very complex and goes really well with tapas and cheese. — 18 days ago
