This might not be the biggest wine, nor was it intended to be. But it just really does it for me, I can't get enough of its lively aromas of bright red berries and fresh green and red fruit. It has a good amount of gas upon opening, but this is quickly aired out. It has an untamed energy, yet still clean. Stable for the hour or so it took to finish it. While this still feels fairly young, it has reached som kind of plateau where it is starting to feel more integrated and Pinot-like. The nose is clean, with aromas of red berries and earth. Not really forest floor, more like flower pot, in a good way. Very well built, balanced palate with red fruit and mineral, subtle herbs and a good long-ish finish. — a month ago
