A fun, but youthful, Chablis; expect this bottle to show better in 2021-22+.

Not overly excited trying this, it seems. It has decent balance, acidity, length, complexity and intensity, but the fruit is just a bit too ripe. Still a very good wine, but it does not get me going.

Was good, but not what I was looking for when it comes to Chablis. Full bodied, and a little too round. That being said, still a solid wine.

Wow! This is by far the best Chablis I've had. Amazing white wine. Full at 14.5% abv, and superb with food. Had it with soy-marinated seared tuna steak, mesclun greens, tomatoes, scallions and miso-orange dressing. Great balance, acidity, complexity... everything you're looking for in a summer white.
