Very fresh, very noble. Plums, blackberry, meat drippings, leather, truffle, cigar box. Not a famous vintage but this drinks so well today. — 20 days ago
Very rich with good balance. Currants, rose hip, mint with mocha, baking spices and baking chocolate. The abv got be a bit dizzy, tbh. But did not effect the drinking experience too much. — 23 days ago
Unmistakenly old school classy Bordeaux. Currants, plum, pencil shavings, black truffel, damp forest floor. The fruit has slightly started to fade in favour of earthy tones. Nice pairing to grilled spring lamb. Drink now. — a month ago
Refined and elegant with impressive freshness. Florals, berries and subtile spiciness. More in line with high quality Madrid grenache or a grand cru Burgundy than the bold Priorat wines from the past. — 20 days ago
Very attractive and complex aromas. Liquorice, black tea, incense, cherry, rose petals, tar. There is no velvet glove around this iron fist. Full bodied, very tannic. Great finish. — 20 days ago
Really sophisticated wine from this esteemed vineyard. Not flashy like one could expect from some new world whites at this pricepoint. Very fresh and clean with a light creamy texture. Citrus, linden blossom, zest, pomelo. The texture and length is really what makes this wine memorable. — 25 days ago
I’ve only been able to call the exact wine on a blind tasting once before in my life. But I got lucky again with this one. This wine is truly unique. It has a distinct aromatic profile that I’ve never experienced in an other wine. A sort of lactic quality combined with a very potent fruitiness. Very, very polished. Youthfull, generous with a firm grip. — 20 days ago
From oldish vines, only 33% new oak. Developed and ready to drink. Sour berries, pomegranate, herbs, potting soil. Honeslty I do get some bret here, not that it ruins the wine or anything but remarkable since this a €800 bottle. — 20 days ago
This seems to be the gold standard for quality pinotage. I get some of that wierd burt tier quality but it goes away luckely. Bordelaise style of winemaking. The fruit is slightly raisinated. Prunes, sour cherries, dried herbs, rooibos. — a month ago

Rich and bold. Very potent aromatics. Orange peal, violets, maraschino cherries, black pepper. A meal on its own. — 20 days ago
