This one needs at least one glass after it becomes an an angel peeing on your toung... Round perfect complex tanines that become heavenly greatness the more you taste. This one I will remember for future purchases because it has magic, somewhere. — 22 days ago
First of a mini-vertical. Really nice. Looking forward to the 2016. — 22 days ago
I get this typical aged chardonnay scent on the nose (which it is not obviously), combined with the horse stable smell at my parents 😛
Turbent deep yellow. Very round on the palate, no sharp edges and low acidity. Can use some additional cellar time to gain more complexity — 21 days ago

This is a very pale Texas wine with a very citric nose. Lemon leads the way, but there is lime and orange peel in play, too. A hint of lemon chess pie floats through the minerality along with an herbal note. The palate shows apricot and nectarine flavors filtering through the spicy greenness of the herbaceous essence of the wine. The acidity is zippy, but not overly so. Pairing this with a cool, green salad this summer is a no-brainer. — 15 days ago
