What a delightful surprise! Maybe you are deeply expert when it comes to Muller-Thurgau wines, but I was very happy to meet this new friend. A wonderful, fresh pear overtone with that racy Austrian acidity and crisp, dry finish—and it was sparkling! Not just a light frizzante but a full Prosecco-level mousse. Glorious nose of apricot, kumquat, mineral, tangerine skins, mirabelle plums, persimmon and more! Wide open nose. Incredible spice and depth. Palate is chock full peach, apricot and more. Juicy and lean but also nimble and powerful. A lot going on here. Terrific intensity and purity. Man this is concentrated and deep. Amazing palate presence. Insane!
