What a unique beer. The lime leaf and gin barrel really come through the funky wheat in such a nice way. Perfectly balanced. I could imagine this being even better in a year or two. Another winner from break side. — 4 days ago
Great mouthfeel. It’s a big red but has a lightness to it with great tannins. Dark red fruit. Very nice. Needs some time in the bottle. — 7 days ago
Big gamay flavor right from the nose. Not a ton of acid but enough to be true to style. Chewy cherries with stone, strawberries, and some herbs. Very good. — 2 days ago
This was insanely good on a night where we had insanely good barrel aged beers. Definitely worth seeking out. — 4 days ago
Amazing wine even with a little age. Excellent fresh fruit (pear), tropical, great acidity still. Awesomeness. — 5 days ago
Tasted after 6 hour decant. Massive wine. Great nose of plum, dried herbs, violets, tobacco box. Mouthfeel is silky with great cab fruit a touch of herbal and big long lasting tannins. Can’t wait to try tomorrow. — 3 days ago
Excellent drinking right now. Big but balanced. Apples, cocoa, herbs, lovely. — 5 days ago

Very interesting. Never had anything like it. Great with salmon. Nutty, paint thinner, burnt butter, must, saline. Odd and good at the same time. Served in traditional drinking bowl. — 7 days ago

This is amazing for the price. So light, fresh, and pure. Great structure yet smooth. Will definitely be buying again to see how it evolves. — a day ago
