Compared to my prior 2008 bottle tasting note - holding up beautifully for this 1995 GC burg. sour and stewed sour cherry and subtle raspberry. Stem notes and singed bramble in background. Effortless to drink. — 2 days ago

Blend of 80% Mourvèdre, 15% Grenache and 5% Cinsault, deep Ruby red color with aromas of ripe dark fruits, dried herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, ripe black cherry and currants with black pepper, cacao and earth notes, vivid acidity nice structure. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and herb spice character. Good now. Will age! — 2 months ago
