Palate is just electric, tangy and just teeming with energy and has such a finesse with pronounced acidity. Really just a force. Love 16’s. Wonderful texture and crunch. Just super engaging and so open. Best bottle of this I’ve had yet.

Popped yesterday, notes from today, and wow has this benefitted from 24 hrs open. On the nose: soft lanolin, loads of pear, underripe peach, lovely mineral notes. On the palate: sweet apple, fantastic minerality, sea salt, lovely density and a long finish.

Груша, дыня, корзинка с яблоками, вишневый цвет, мёд, сено, корица, зеленые фисташки, ручьевая вода, легкая солоноватость, битый камень. Средне-легкое тело с ещё немного нервной кислотностью. Тонкая элегантная фруктовость натянута на вертикально-минеральную основу. Объемно и напряжённо, ещё очень молодо и базово, контрастно, но чисто и типично.
