Power and balance; A rare combination especially at age. This 2004 drinks wonderfully now. Still fruit (plum) and flower notes ( classic rose petals) there. But also cedar, bouillon and asphalt. Love it!! — 4 months ago

Probably my favourite producer of Barolo...never had a bad bottle. This is young with bracing tanins but it is already so approachable. Cherries, leather and menthol dominate but there is so much depth. Lovely wine! — 7 months ago
