St. John Commandaria Xynistéri-Mavro Blend

Xinisteri and Mavro blend from the Lemesos region of Cypress. Clear pale copper, dried stone fruits, dried fig and prune caramelized. M acidity, M+ body and finish. Not overly sweet- perhaps an after dinner sipper!

Neeley Family Distillery

Single Barrel Barrel Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Triple Pot distilled. High wheat 🌾 grain bill. Sweet mash. Tastes like Honey 🍯 & Biscuits, as the name suggests. 26ish months, tastes soooo much more polished than most bourbons of a similar age. A-1 proprietary yeast strain. Open top cypress plastic. 107 proof. — 4 months ago

Clos De La Tech

Domaine du Docteur Rodgers Pinot Noir

Bought from Rare Wine company years ago. It’s privately made by ceo of Cypress Semiconductor. This wine has become really good after 16 years. I think it will age more. Layers of flavor, toast and long finish. Wish I had more! — 3 years ago

Cypress Hills Vineyard & Winery

Saskatoon Berry

Canada. Wow what a surprise! It’s good. We had a glass, then ordered a bottle. We are travelling through the Cypress Hills. Where this is made. We normally drink Argentinian Malbec. — 2 years ago

Muscardini Cellars

Cypress Ranch Pope Valley Sangiovese 2007

An excellent 2012 Sangiovese from a small winemaker in Glen Ellen (and a former general contractor who retired to make fab wines). We had it at a local restaurant in July 2013 and just had to visit the winery before leaving wine country ( & it was mid morning) and we were impressed...we have been hooked since then. Uncorking this amazing bottle for tonight's dinner is a celebration of over 4 years of great times and a new chapter! — 3 years ago
