Antica Terra Collective Tasting. Petrol, white flowers, slate, yellow peach, lemon water, honeyed wildflowers, summer hay. The aroma goes on for days and days. — 8 months ago
Late release after prolonged bottle aging at the producers cellar.
Nicely evolved and very elegant! not too loud with ripe lemons & shy peach. A touch waxy.
On the palate this is rounder & fuller, nice creamy palate but also the juicy, mineral acidity of Rheingau. So elegant, evolved yet with amazing freshness! Wowza! This is just stunning!! — 8 months ago
This was fantastic, strong, and yet still seemingly understated. Although I am no fortune teller, this seemed strong and young. I couldn’t place all the flavors I experienced, but to my palate there was raspberry, blackberry, smoked meats, soil after a rain, and portobello mushroom all matched with a beautiful color to stare at between sips. Long pauses to enjoy the long finish. — 3 months ago
The 2008 Dom Pérignon is a huge, powerful Champagne and also clearly one of the wines of the vintage. This is one of the most reticent bottles I have tasted. So much so that I am thinking about holding off opening any more bottles! The 2008 has always offered a striking interplay of fruit and structure. Today, the richness of the fruit is especially evident. Readers who own the 2008 should be thrilled, but patience is a must. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, August 2021)

This juicy Grüner Veltliner has crisp acidity ands great depth of flavor with lemon, green apple, pear, yellow plum, fennel, white pepper, stone, hay, honeysuckle and a long finish. Medium body asks wonderful with grilled shrimp and an escargot pot pie (seriously good). Great value — 8 days ago
