bright raspberry, slow finish — 6 months ago
lovely effervescence, plummy, smoky, fun — 5 years ago
Pours a lemon yellow with slight effervescence which dissipated quickly. Aromas of tart lemon, salt spray, alpine wildflowers. Body on the lighter side of medium, tart citric fruit and saline finish. Somewhat simple, finish is medium. A nice wine, but could do better for the price. — 4 months ago
ruby red color, bright notes of ripe blackberry - great with duck — 7 months ago
Core of iron-like mineral. Some dark fruit and spice well integrated with the mineral profile — 5 years ago
This has a bit more teeth. Darker, bolder red berries, light caramel, butterscotch notes, tree sap, twig, florals for days, what balance, length and elegant finish. Definitely my wheelhouse. Red burgundy candy in a good way. Great now but meant for the cellar. 8-10 yrs. — 4 months ago
Way better with a little time than right after release when it’s a little too stinky — 4 months ago
Ripe pineapple, golden straw color, has some middle weight tannins but light on the finish. Green apple, pomelo pith, flint, mineral, tropical fruit. Great wine for a meal at the Arden Waikiki. — 6 months ago

2014 vintage. Decanted and chilled down slightly. Great cork. Smoky, reductive nose interspersed with dark plum. Medium body since this had shed the T-M winter coat. Raspberry, rhubarb and cranberry large and in charge initially but came back into the fold in due time with some forest floor and spearmint finishing touches/accents. Well knit. Absolute gamer and willing to be thrilling now and for the next 8-10 years. Showing so nicely. 4.18.26. — 2 months ago
