12’ Sanguis Floral Study #2
From the winery-
Pungent aromatics of lemon, apple, pear and honeysuckle. On the palate this rich, full bodied blend of Chardonnay and Roussanne show delicate white peach, laced spring flowers and touch of butterscotch. The finish is gorgeous, complex and long.

15’ Farella La Luce Sauvignon Blanc. Stone fruits. Lemon peel. Healthy dose of acidity. They sell most of the there grapes to Realm & Lail. Food pairing SB Edit- Tasting much better then upon release date! The acid has calm down quite a bit after about 30 minutes in the glass. Very enjoyable. These high acid wines...don’t drink them so cold ,cellar temperature is just fine! — 4 days ago
08’ Peter Michael Les Pavots. Very few wines that have elegance & power. Silky textures that caress the palate. No holes or slack in this. Drinking very close to a pop & pour . Don’t think you can go wrong with anything they have made in the last 15 years. Pure enjoyment! It’s a coin flip between the 2008 & 2009 at this particular point. I’m so surprised this wine isn’t year after year a top 💯 wine. Drinking now. Edit - 2009 - One of the best California blends from that vintage! — 10 days ago
13’ Aubert Lauren. Without a doubt one of the best 2013’s California Chardonnay’s. Okay top 10!?!?
Rich & graceful. Simply put “Mark Aubert “. Pear, apricot, almonds, hazelnut. Oak has integrated so nicely. 🎯 Consuming this at just below room temperature.
Let it open up in your glass for about 30 minutes. No problem at all sitting this down for another 8+ years. Drink after 2018. — 10 days ago
