I don’t in general think I like purple wines, & boy is this purple. But if a Cru Beaujo had a love child in Austria, hippie style, this would be it. All sorts of wild blueberries & raspberries, a slight effervescence (?), but some how tamed. Enjoyable. — 4 years ago

Is it a 1er Cru Beaune or a village level Pommard??? IDK and IDC, but the label says it comes from Southern California where it never rains.
