Last one from the cellar. Vinegar. Corked. 😔 — 18 days ago
Solera method sparkling Pinot from Eola-Amity Hills. Pale yellow in the glass, fine bubbles, stone fruit and lemons, lively acidity, there is a wild character here that is enjoyable without being funk driven. Excellent wine. — 3 months ago

Maybe the best Sauvignon Blanc I’ve had outside of Loire. Santa Ynez valley, nice acidity as expected but layers of fruit, grass, minerals, beeswax. Excellent. — a month ago
Kinda weird drinking this at 8000ft in a snow storm but it’s good so f it….it’s screaming for summer tho. — 2 months ago

That’s good. Glycerin, nice acid to complement, pineapple and lemons. Continue to be impressed with SB from this region. — 18 days ago
