Typically not a Zin guy, but this wine was so honest. Sitting above Mayacamas on Mt Veeder it was not over oaked or extracted, but kept a dense dark character. Killer expression of Zinfandel.

Dayum, Gina. Spice, old forest incense, slight effervescence, pleasantly "round" red fruit. So dynamic. No awful ham.

Very complex Zin. Soft tannins, lots of fruit. Dry farmed hippie wine! Great stuff

All pepper and tannins, then thin aluminum foil. Both with food and without. Overpriced.
