This was tricky to decant as it has a lot of super-floaty sediment that swirled around like crazy. Once decanted though, it’s excellent. Great nose of deep earthy notes (just a hint, and no more, of barnyard), deep ripe fruit. In the mouth it’s soft, deeply flavored, and buoyed along by zesty acids. Finish is lip smacking and ends on a slightly, pleasantly bitter note that balances the ripe fruit. — 2 months ago

Light salmon pink with tiny bubbles. Rich with medium intensity on the nose with notes of strawberry creme, roses, spices and a little tropical with melon and kiwi. Awesome stuff. Oxidative notes, stone fruit skins, on first contact. Basically some kind of fruity bitterness/nuttiness to start. Backed by tropical notes of pineapple and good citrus! Fun amount of acid it give it energy!! Just a really good drink. — 7 months ago
