Syrah/carignan. Initial herbal note and that kinda bell pepper thing but more herby. Then backed by dark red fruit. Good lil lift from the acidity and it makes it feel a lil fresher to drink. This dark red fruit/herbal thing is a profile that I have a hard time with so they all taste same-y right now but imma get better — 6 days ago

Uhh…sweet-ish berry on the nose but I could almost tell it was gonna taste tart. Not sure what to call the aroma that kinda tells you that. But yeah, tart cherry, strawberry and bell pepper. Fun acid that was nicer to drink when I chilled it.

I think I had a bad bottle. Mousy? It just smelled weird. I couldn’t exactly what I smelled but I didn’t like it and the aroma carried over into the actual taste AND the other notes were also muted so when I got past the weird aroma, it just dint taste like much. — 2 days ago

Blood orange color. Didn’t really get a reading on the nose. Good citrus opening backed with some pretty sweet strawberry. Kinda watermelon jolly rancher too. Super good super super good. — 7 days ago

Fresh!!!!
Pineapple/citrus/fresh on the nose. Cold crispy apple on the palate. Kinda got like a sweeter halls candy but that menthol flavor is muted too LOL. Citrus peels a bit. Backed with enough minerality to contrast.

Minerality/salinity very present from what I expected from a gewurz from ginglinger. Really that’s all I’m getting. That mineral and salty hit back by faint tropical notes. It also tasted hot to me. 14.5 abv might have to do with it. Not my favorite from JG — 6 days ago

Tart cherry/dark red fruit/warm smashed up strawberry. Earthy and spice. Pine??? Pretty decent tannins and enough acidity to give it some good energy. The flavors that were prominent seemed to be different with every sip. But tbh, this flavor profile is one of the ones I have a hard time tasting through. — 20 days ago
