Domaine Jean Ginglinger
Vin d'Alsace Pinot Blanc
Alsace, France
cannot find the changala alsace blend (pinot gris, pinot auxerrois) but genuinely delicious, energetic, a little hazy. super versatile with food - loved it w the first early june dishes (langoustine and lardo on panisse, oil cured haddock and daikon)

May 28th, 2025A bit harsh on with the acidity on first open. VA/Apple cider vinegar type thing going on that was blocking out the fruit. After letting it air out, the acid felt more pleasant and electric I guess lmao. Fruit came out a little bit more and it finished with pretty distinct salinity. Thought it was good. Not the best I’ve had from Ginglinger but I’d drink it again tbh
