Nuits St. Georges Pinot Noir 2021

Lunch at Union Square Cafe. Great match to the food. Asian spices, crushed flowers, earthy, good balance and very expressive. We loved it. — 2 months ago

Coteau de Vernon Condrieu Viognier 2008

Opened just prior to dinner. The 2008 Coteau de Vernon pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of peach cup with the pears and cherry too. There’s white flowers, honey, fresh mint and other herbs too. Wow! On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and oily. This bottle came across young. A benchmark Condrieu. Drink now through 2038. — a month ago
