Drank part I with Chicken Cordon blue and part II with cheese ravioli in leftover meatball red sauce. Both paired well but surprisingly better with the ravioli given the salty acidity of the sauce and lightness of the mozzarella filling. Very effervescent; smells very perfumey; 100% Chardonnay; thin. Meh. I’d drink it but I wouldn’t seek it out.

Deep, brambly, dark berry fruit on the nose, dark flowers, blueberry, pine resin, alpine flowers and so much more. Awesome alpine nose. Amazing tangy and juicy blackberry fruit. Rustic tannins but somewhat refined. Delicious. So juicy and alive. Terrific.
24 hour update - so juicy and compact on the palate. Stunning freshness and depth. Awesome. 9.2 to 9.3. — 5 days ago
Nice wine to finish the evening with a crème brûlée. Not too sweet. Apricot, honey with some crispness. — 12 days ago
