Champagne morning, noon and night!
Wow this was a surprise. You can tell the age, (bought at auction) but it’s fetching and pairs well with bbq steak. Shows it’s pedigree for sure. Enjoyed over 3 days. — 4 months ago
Fine bubbles beeswax, lemon curd and honeysuckle. Nice finish. More old school style. — 2 months ago
Wow! I thought at first taste this needed decanting, but got busy cooking and had another taste and it opened nicely. Enjoyed this over 2 days. So food friendly! Also smooth enough for sipping on it’s own. Mouth coating fruit and a long finish. — 3 months ago
This was better than I expected. Bought at release. Solid wine, pretty florals with a super smooth finish. Good wine for red meat (stewed or grilled). Enjoyed for 2 days. — 4 months ago
Definitely a favorite producer. Awesome pear and apple nose. Super fine bubbles with a freshness to the fruit, slight beeswax in the long finish. I love this! 70% Pinot 30% Chard. Dosage is Brut. Disgorged June 15, 2021. TBL — 4 months ago

Out of magnum. Still awesome! Such a treat. — 4 months ago
Just love this producer. Super fine bubbles. Great sipper. Doesn’t need food. Just enjoy! — 5 months ago

Love this every vintage. As is par for the course, this is a little fizzy (barely) for the first couple months after release, so just decant an hour before or the day before and you’re good to go. So smooth, lighter than last vintage but pure drinking pleasure. Super food friendly with blackberry cobbler, blueberries, savory thyme, au jus and nice thin tannins to the finish. NBI — 2 months ago
