I enjoyed this and nothing more, priced fairly — not bad but honestly didn’t have the fireworks of flavors that I was expecting. Maybe I expect too much from Champagne now, I don’t know. 80% Pinot noir, 20% chardonnay.

Brioche and lime zest on the nose, followed by green apple notes. On the palate there's tart green apple followed by razor sharp acidity. Delicious.
