At its prime. I would not keep this any longer. Touch oxidation out of the gate. Plenty of tannins left but fruit on the downside. Quite dusty, orange zest mostly. Hint plums. Crushed marble. Hint celery. Very tart cranberries. I was quite excited about the other bottle i popped this year. This one is not as good.

Did not take notes sorry. Delicious now plenty of stem inclusion I was impressed and bought some despite the prize. Best of the Pacelet line up 3 weeks ago. Too bad this was a by invitation only tasting. I love it when more people see these kinds of wines
