Woah Pacalet kills it again. Olive tapenade with the slightest touch of smoke on the nose leads to the intense taste of smoked meats, leather, blackberries. The finish lasts for a solid 2 minutes. On the nose this smells like a big Rhône style wine from Paso but then the whole cluster finesse I love from Pacalet’s burgundies really shines

Wholecluster Syrah is georgeous so tasty with minerals, friuty berries a light and appealling version , instead of those bretty, smoky too heavy wines.
