Nice nose, slaty and mild lemon. On the palate is not as impressive to me, still nice and lemon, some slate, and mild acidity, but doesn’t stick around much. — 5 days ago
Well balanced and light to medium body with some tannins to counter bright acidity. I get cedar, warm cooking spices, and roasted pepper, fresh (not canned/sauced) cranberry. Taste lingers some, nicely. — 18 days ago
Really nice, lots of bubbles, some green apple and faint lemon flavor, mostly bone dry and effervescent. Lingers well. — 7 days ago
