Medium dark rubi robe with good transparency, nose of asian spices, dark fruits and notes of tobacco. Utterly delicious in the mouth, this is truly a north appellation wine that is closer in style to a Vosne Romanée. Great now, but better in 5 to 7 years. — 5 months ago

Fresh and complex, honeysuckle and almond notes and buttery finish. Pairs well with salmon. — 7 years ago
2024 enjoyed 5/2026. tasted in lineup of Rhône Blanc, mostly rich and oily. this would have shown better if we started with this. I really like, I prefer the more mineral style -which is this. subtle white flowers, honeydew, under ripe peach. lemon curd showing after opening. — a month ago

Probably from last Chambers sampler. 11/8/25 Cold Night. Very dark pour, potent scent out of bottle. Black fruits on nose. Moderate tannins. Solid sediments on second day. — 8 months ago

Выпито полбутылки на юбилее С. Л. В Монако. Очень достойный Пино нуар 2021 года. — a month ago
Very dark garnet color. Aromas of black fruit, violets, fresh herbs and wet stones. Flavors of black cherry, blackberry, mocha and red and black licorice. Beautiful mineral note on the long and silky dry finish. Outstanding balance of tannin, acidity and texture. Medium-plus bodied. A bit more substantial than I expected. Excellent combination of fruit and savory elements. Totally seductive. Part of the Kevin Zraly 2025 Red Burgundy Master Class. — 8 months ago

is anything else needed to ride out the final frozen days of March? gorgeous Syrah-based #wine (look for St. Joseph - this one smooth, blackberry/minerally gem) and a cone of double-fried fries? #Rhone #WineWednesday — 8 years ago
